Get up and running with OPTiMiZE! quickly and easily. Our Site Subscription model gives you the freedom to deploy on your terms, at your speed.
from subscription to first simulation in days, not months!
Most organisations assume deploying an in-person Lean experiential learning solution will require consultants, Lean experts, extensive training or significant administration.
OPTiMiZE! was specifically designed to remove those barriers.
With a Site Subscription, you receive everything needed to begin delivering simulations quickly and consistently within your location.
supporting you every step of the way
Whether you're running your first simulation or your fiftieth, support is built into the deployment model.
Your Site Subscription includes:
Guided Onboarding
A fully guided onboarding process supported by the OPTiMiZE! platform which walks you through the steps needed to set-up and run your first event.
Value Acceleration Tips
Strategic guidance, in the form of a video briefing, for leaders looking to accelerate and maximize the value of deploying OPTiMiZE!.
Self-Service Training
Effective self-service training, accessed directly from the OPTiMiZE! platform, that ensures Event Coordinators are ready to run their first simulation is less then 2 hours.
Event Coordinator Certification
Automatic issue, by the OPTiMiZE! platform, to Event Cordinators of certificates/badges based on their demonstrated capability to successfully coordinate either an individual simulation (Certified Event Coordinator) or both individual and multi-simulation events (Certified Large Event Coordinator).
A Team 100% Dedicated to Your Success
We all know FAQs and self-service training are never enough. Our expert Customer Success team are focused on proactively ensuring you get the maximum out of your OPTiMiZE subscription. They are also directly available, should you have question, via live chat.
A Human at the End of the Line
Your Site Subscription provides Event Coordinators with direct access via a dedicated support line to human experts when you need it most i.e. if something unexpected happens when actively running a simulation.
Transitioning from a successful trial
The trial process has been intentionally designed to act as the first stage of your deployment journey. By the time you decide to move forward with a Site Subscription, your team will already have hands-on experience of the platform, understand how simulations are organised and have seen the value of OPTiMiZE! first-hand.
The transition from trial to deployment is designed to be simple, fast and low effort.
What carries forward?
Your Trial Lead Can Continue As Deployment Lead
In many organisations, the Trial Lead naturally becomes the Deployment Lead for the site. However, if another individual is better placed to own the ongoing rollout, the role can easily be reassigned during the on-boarding process.
Completed Onboarding Tasks Are Automatically Recognised
The guided onboarding process already knows what activities were completed during the trial. There is no need to repeat training, confirmations or administrative tasks that have already been completed.
Event Coordinator Experience Is Retained
Any Event Coordinators who completed training and successfully coordinated a trial simulation already have the knowledge needed to begin running further events.
Site Information is Already Configured
Key information such as site details, contacts and stakeholder access can be carried forward, helping accelerate deployment.
A flexible deployment model that grows with your needs
Not every organisation knows exactly how many simulations they'll need during their first year.
That's why the OPTiMiZE! Site Subscription is designed to give you a simple starting point and the flexibility to expand as your deployment grows.
Every Site Subscription includes everything needed to begin developing Lean capability within a single location, including access to the OPTiMiZE! platform, a physical Game Kit, Event Coordinator training, participant reporting and access to our Customer Success team.
You start with an annual allocation of 12 simulation credits, giving you the capacity to run up to 12 simulations per year. As demand grows, you can either add additional monthly simulation capacity (increasing from one simulation to as many as you need per month) for predictable ongoing deployment or purchase additional simulation credits whenever required. Whether you're training a small pilot group, deploying across a department, or working towards site-wide engagement, the subscription scales with your ambitions.

What Happens After the Simulation?
The simulation may be complete, but the learning journey is only just beginning.
Most training programmes finish when participants leave the room. OPTiMiZE! continues to create value long after the final round of the simulation has ended.
Participants receive evidence of their learning, leaders gain immediate visibility of engagement and capability-building progress, and organisations choosing Lean Competency System (LCS) accreditation can provide employees with a pathway to earning an internationally recognised Lean awareness qualification.
For Participants
Immediately after each simulation, participants are invited to provide feedback on their experience and learning outcomes.
This feedback helps assess:
Participant engagement
Understanding of Lean concepts
Confidence to apply Lean practices
Motivation to identify improvements
Likelihood to recommend the experience to colleagues
Participants also receive a digital certificate confirming completion of the OPTiMiZE! simulation.
Optional LCA A
Awareness Certification
For organisations that include Lean Competency System (LCS) Level 1A Awareness certification within their subscription, the learning journey continues beyond the simulation itself.
After completing the simulation, participants automatically receive a personalised email invitation giving them access to revision and self-study resources and the option to complete the LCS 1A assessment.
Successful completion enables participants to achieve an internationally recognised Lean awareness credential, helping transform a single learning experience into a recognised step in their professional development pathway.
For Leaders and Stakeholders
As simulations are completed, the OPTiMiZE! platform automatically builds a picture of deployment progress and impact across the site.
Leaders can track:
Workforce Coverage
Employees trained by department
Progress towards workforce engagement goals
Learning Outcomes
Depth of Lean understanding and confidence to apply Lean practices
Trends over time across multiple simulations
Participant Feedback
Recommendation and engagement scores
Qualitative participant comments
This gives leaders a practical way to understand not only how many employees have been trained, but also the impact that training is having across the organisation.
