What Makes Our Learn@Scale Experiential Learning Games Different?
01
Digital Facilitation
Our Learn@Scale simulations don’t need experienced lean experts to run them. Facilitation is split between a Digital Facilitator (who guides participants through the game and explains the best practice concepts introduced in the game) and a local “Event Coordinator” who follows simple instructions to coordinate the set-up and transition activities in the room. This ensures the training can be run consistently without the need for an experienced internal or external facilitator.
02
Always Successful
Our Learn@Scale simulations are carefully designed to always be successful – to consistently deliver a highly engaging experience that ensures all targeted concepts are clearly illustrated, and reinforced during gameplay, regardless of the make-up of the group, or level of experience of the facilitator.
03
Highly Engaging
Every Learn@Scale simulation is based on our innovative “Board Game” game play system – which is designed to maximise time spent playing the game and directly experiencing concepts in action and minimise time lost setting up and making adjustments during the game. The results is a much higher level of engagement and many more insights per minute played!
04
Fast and Predictable
Every Learn@Scale simulation is designed to predictably and comfortably run in a 4 hour block. Imagine being able to experience, and critically understand, all of the key concepts of lean or other best practices in a single morning, or afternoon – with 100% confidence that every learner will enjoy the session, and critically, “get it”.
05
Cost Effective
Training with Learn@Scale simulations is incredibly cost effective. Beyond the small initial cost of a game kit, there is zero external cost to running as many experiential training sessions as you want. All you need is a room and to release your staff (typically in groups of 10 people per game) for half a day. The design of the game also means that, with a larger room, multiple groups can run the game in parallel with only one “Event Coordinator” needed.
06
Highly Scalable
Ultimately, the real power of our Learn@Scale simulations is the opportunity to provide highly effective experiential learning (the learning outcomes for which beat on-line training models hands-down) to all of your staff, at speed, and with virtually no internal overhead. The “Event Coordinator” role also provides an opportunity for “safe” development of high potentials in your organisation.
